Booked car park in January 24. The whole process is smooth. QR code to enter and direct you to parking zone, warm waiting room with coffee and automated key drop. On return journey, a link to request the shuttle bus, no need for phone calls, and automated payment again through QR code. Friendly and helpful drivers and only 5 minutes from terminal. Will definitely use again!
Great service. Everything is seamless and automated. Just follow the instructions. Down side might be a need to have phone running. I was at 4% battery when I got the car.
Great place. It is hidden but well-signed so you get there, great place to wait. Nice, clean and friendly in all senses. No great delays for the shuttle and very relaxing atmosphere. Nice people, too.

For safety reasons, 2 hours before your departure time. The total time from arrival at the car park to the arrival at the terminal takes about 10-15 minutes.
How can I change or cancel my booking?
It is possible to rebook or cancel your parking at any time. Simply use the link in the booking confirmation. There are no additional parking fees! You can also extend or shorten your parking at any time.
How do I get back to my car?
We pick you up at the terminal and bring you to your parked vehicle! Please let us know that you've arrived (after baggage claim) via the link you've received via SMS. No walk to the parking garage or parking lot!
